  • Sick visit for all ages.

  • Small travel fee for: Tuscola, Clyde, Tye, Hawley (+$25). (We stay within 15-20 minutes of Abilene).

    • Can travel further during the slower warmer months if availability allows for additional fees.

  • Testing (results in 15 minutes or less):

    • Flu (+ $25)

    • Strep (+ $25)

    • COVID (+ $25)

    • RSV (+$25)

    • UTI (+ $25)

  • IV Therapy is done under the IV Therapy visit

  • Injections

    • The True Grit Shot. (MOST POPULAR INJECTION) Exclusive shot only here at BCMM! Two steroids mixed with your choice of multivitamins or pain reliever (+$85 to home visit).

    • The LoneStar Shot. (Second most popular injection). Exclusive shot only here at BCMM! Steroid and antibiotic all in one simple injection! (+$85).

    • Steroid Shot on a Budget (decadron) (+ $60)

    • Pain reliever/Multivitamin Combo Shot. This is toradol with multivitamin shot which is great for diabetics or anyone looking for a “Pick me up” during illness (+ $60).

    • Multivitamin Shot (Several B vitamins plus Vitamin C to help during times of illness) (+$30)

    • Tetanus (Td) Booster Vaccine (+$40).

    • Trigger Point Injections for pulled muscles (+ $50)

  • Breathing Treatments

    • Purchase nebulizer machine with a breathing treatment (+$60)

  • Abscess Treatment (incision & drainage) (+ $175).

  • Cupping Session for Muscle Strains

  • Sports Physical (Home visit fee only).

Its okay if you do not know what you need. These are just the service options we provide currently that you should be aware of. We believe in no hidden fees and no surprises so are up front about prices and service options. These options are in addition to the base home visit fee.
