Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are common injectable drugs initially used to treat diabetes. Contraindications:
There is a theoretical risk with semaglutide and tirzepatide causing thyroid cancer in some mice studies. If you or your immediate family have a history of thyroid cancer, history of pancreatitis, active gallbladder disease, pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the next two months, then you should not take these injections.

Which one is right for you?
There is no right answer. Many people do exceptionally well with both medications. Semaglutide is more budget friendly. It works on a single gut hormone to help control hunger. Some report more side effects (feeling sickly) with it when following a traditional dosing schedule. However, with our dosing schedule, many seem to avoid nasty side effects and get great results. Every once in a while we find some just don’t respond much to it or just feel sick on the shot. These people may respond more to the Tirzepatide. It is a more expensive option that targets two gut hormones. Some studies are showing it might be a more effective weight loss shot and associated with less side effects but at a little greater financial cost.

1 mg Vial: ($275 card/$250 cash)
Great option for those wanting to try it out or for those on a budget. Get 4 starting doses (first month).
2 mg Vial: ($450 card/$425 cash)
Excellent option for those starting out. If a little extra money up front doesn’t concern you, we would recommend this vial for starting out. Would last up to two months starting out.
5 mg Vial: ($625 card/$600 cash)
Perfect option for those who have been on it for a few months. Most cost effective option for those on higher doses or even starting out and wanting 2-3 months worth of product.
Semaglutide Dosing Schedule:
Start at the 0.25 mg (25 units in the 1 mg/2 mg vial or 10 units in high concentrated vial 5 mg vial). Inject into belly once a week. We recommend going up a tiny amount every week until appetite suppression is achieved with tolerable side effects. Most of our clients end up taking a custom dose around .35 mg - 1 mg per injection with great results and tolerable effects.
The pharmacy will put a 90 best used by date from the day it is compounded. We have been told it is actually potent and usable for up to 90 days based that printed date.

20 mg Vial: ($475 card/$450 cash)

Tirzepatide Dosing Schedule:
Month one: Inject 13 units (2.5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use about half of the 20 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month two: Inject 25 units (5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use a full 20 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month three: Inject 38 units (7.5 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use 30 mg of the 40 mg vial in 4 weeks.
Month four and onward: Inject 50 units (10 mg) weekly into belly fat. You will use a full 40 mg vial in 4 weeks.
**Only go up to next dose if your current dose is not achieving adequate appetite suppression with tolerable side effects. Many stay in month two or three dosing for their weight loss journey without needing to escalate further but some do get up to 10 mg. Many end up custom dosing it with something like 20 units units or 30 units instead of the full dose increase with great results.
